We’re passionate about education. For over 75 years, Furnware has been designing
and building quality educational furniture that supports better learning. We believe
breakthroughs happen when the body is comfortable and the mind is open, which is
why every product is created to enhance wellbeing, focus and engagement in the
classroom.
Furnware’s specialist knowledge comes from decades of research and real
classroom insight. In 2003, we measured 20,000 students and studied how they
learn, leading to the development of the Bodyfurn® range, a world first dynamic chair
designed around real student bodies. That research backed approach continues to
shape our thinking today.
Proudly New Zealand made, our furniture is designed and built to stand the test of
time, supporting the hours, days and years students spend at school. Furnware
works closely with schools across New Zealand, Australia and South East Asia,
creating flexible, durable learning environments where students and teachers can
