We have a limited number of rooms at special rates at the restort style Eastin Thana City Golf Resort Bangkok. This hotel is the official hotel that all speakers and organizers will be staying at. There will be a daily bus service from the hotel to the conference venue and back again which will be exclusive for those in the official hotel. The hotel is a great family vacation location, so if the timing makes sense, why not upgrade your room, and bring your family as well.

To book the official hotel, please do so on the registration site. You can add hotels to your cart at the same time you complete your registration.

We strongly recommend participants stay in the official hotel as bussing will be provided if you book via this site. It can be hard to get Grabs and other taxis to/from VERSO.

  1. Bookings for the 21CLBKK rate must be made via the 21CLBKK Registration site. Direct bookings with the hotel will be not accounted for in bus seats and you will have to make your own arrangements to travel to and from the conference
  2. 21CLBKK hotel rates should beat the rate offered by the hotel directly or other hotel booking sites. However, hotel rates do fluctuate so this is not guaranteed and we do not offer any price matching in the event of cheaper prices being available elsewhere.
  3. Hotel bookings are non-refundable but you can change the name on the booking
